Every client’s time is valuable, therefore, due to our commitment to providing the best possible experience for all of our clients, we have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy.
You will receive a confirmation SMS 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel, you can reply to the SMS or call the clinic.
For cancellation and no show of appointments within 24 hours of your appointment, the 50% deposit or value of your prepaid treatment will be forfeited.
