Shipping Costs and Delivery

Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 12pm AEST Monday – Friday ship out that same day.

+ $9.95 Express Shipping on all orders under $150 AUD
+ Please check your shipping information is correct, including your business name or unit number.
+ We do not take responsibility for shipping delays or missing items if your address is incomplete or invalid.
+ Tracking information is provided by Australia Post and will be provided to you by email during the order fulfilment process. We do not take responsibility for issues with tracking or delivery once your order is with Australia Post.

Return & Refund Policy — Retail Products, Prepaid Treatments & Services

At Skin Bottega, we take pride in the quality of our treatments and skincare. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Retail Products

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on any skincare or retail items due to health and hygiene regulations.

A refund or replacement will only be provided if the product:

Is faulty or damaged,
Is incorrectly supplied, or
Does not match the description under Australian Consumer Law.

To request a return for an eligible reason, please email hello@skinbottega.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your item, quoting your order number. Please do not send the product back until you have received written approval and a Return Authorisation (RA) number.

All approved returns must be received within 7 days of approval, in their original, unopened packaging, and shipped with tracked postage and protective wrapping.
Shipping fees for change-of-mind returns are not covered by Skin Bottega.
